CHEETAH/CHEETAH+
The Cheetah series is based on an in-house developed, temperature stabilized InGaAs detector with a 640 x 512 pixel resolution. The Cheetah 640 camera with single-stage TE-cooled detector offers high frame rates of either 400 Hz, 800 Hz or 1700 Hz while the version with three-stage TE-cooled detector offers a frame rate of up to 110 Hz. A visible short-wave infrared (vSWIR) option is available for extension into the visible wavelength band.
NEW: The Cheetah+ series, the advanced version of Cheetah series offers an advanced imaging solution for demanding industrial applications, including wavefront sensing in Free Space Optical communications, hyperspectral imaging, and semiconductor manufacturing with in-line inspection. It comes in both CAM and OEM configurations, achieving remarkable frame rates of 1700 Hz. Both versions are equipped with an in-house developed, temperature-stabilized InGaAs detector that provides a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels..
Cheetah/Cheetah+ cameras are the world’s fastest InGaAs cameras with high image resolution. The cameras are equipped with 14-bit ADCs and with C-mount fixture, it allows the use of all standard optical lenses. With its advanced and user-friendly configuration, uniquely combining extreme high-speed, high-resolution, and best sensitivity in a reliable InGaAs array, the Cheetah/Cheetah+ cameras are perfectly suited for high-speed imaging in the SWIR range for a variety of applications (medical, R&D, wavefront sensing and more).
